Here is what some of our people have to say
Culture is a huge part of why I love working at Eakin Healthcare. It’s the recognition that inclusivity is more than just a word. It’s a sense of acceptance and belonging, the freedom to express your individuality and to be valued not just for what you do, but for who you are. I think that’s pretty special.

I feel so lucky to work for a group that consists of the best-in-class not only in a professional sense, but also as people. The level of care shown to employees throughout the organisation is rare and stands out as a reason to why I’m proud to work for Eakin.

I have worked for Respond for 7 years in June and I am so happy to be part of Eakin Healthcare. Previous to that I was in retail for 30 years where customer service was paramount. In Respond Perth, we have a close-knit team and I feel supported by my colleagues, who have become friends. I enjoy very much speaking to our patients and feel appreciated everyday and feeling like I make a difference in their day to day life.

Blended Working
We have a blended working approach of ‘3 together, 2 wherever’.
‘3 together’ - We believe in being together. That means most of our office-based colleagues coming together for at least three days a week in the workplace, or with customers. At the heart of our thinking on this is that working remotely, we’ve lost that deep connection we only get from being together – with each other or with our customers: the spontaneous conversations, the creative work, and the building of deep human relationships that inspire amazing things for our customers.
‘2 wherever’ - We also believe in flexibility. That means up to two days of flexible working per week for most office-based colleagues. On those days you can choose to work at home or back in the workplace for those who want to! It’s up to you to choose what’s best for you on those days.
