Chief Commercial Officer – Ostomy
Responsible for global commercial activities for the ostomy business, working with business partners, healthcare professionals and product users to improve the quality of life of the ostomy community.
Neil Winstanley
Chief Operations Officer
Leading an Operations team of over 400 people to safely and efficiently provide high quality products to our customers around the world.
Gillian McAuley
Chief People Officer
Responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organisation, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organisational design and performance.

Group R&D Director
Leading a talented, multi-disciplinary team of engineers and scientists to deliver new, and improve existing user-focused, compliant medical devices across all therapeutic areas, to enhance life and dignity while driving future business growth.
Owen Tiernan
Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for managing the financial actions of the company including tracking profitability and financial planning as well as analysing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.
